I've got the BLAHS - help...

I've had the blahs all week. I don't really feel cravings for alcohol, but was wondering if this is normal feeling for someone who 6 weeks sober.

Any tips on what to do when you feel the blahs. I am going to the gym right now.

It's pretty normal - most of us feel a bit of a void for a little while.
Exercise is actually a really great response.

Totally agree with D Teatreeoil exercise works wonders in the last month I've noticed big changes in my moods & appearance I've lost weight & gained a lil more muscle
