Well, it took a long hike and two ice cream sandwiches, but I made it through day 2. Super happy as my partner won't be home until late--always in the past an excuse for me to drink.
Ice cream and some soft drinks were like magic for me during my regular drinking time of the day. My problem is I never wanted to stop using that “lift” and use plain old water.
