Hi and welcome.
This can be the beginning of a great sober life style. This site offers some great help, I use it in conjunction with 3-5 AA meetings a week which I started to attend before the internet was a word.
Not drinking involves being honest with ourself about our drinking and accepting we cannot drink alcohol in safety. Next thing is we don’t pick up the first drink even if our A$$ falls off.
After this, action is needed to grow in sobriety by filling the hole within us that alcohol filled.
Keep coming and reading along with asking questions which are never dumb.
