Hi guyman - it's great to have you with us. Congratulations on your 2 yrs. free. I agree it's a tough climb - but very worth it. Glad to meet you.

Hello guyman.
Welcome!

Vodka.
I was always told told by other addicts,
most of which are gone now,
that in the end, we (alcoholics)
turn to vodka.
It doesn't smell. (LIE)
It's clear. I can fill an ordinary spring water bottle
with it and use at work. (FAIL).
It's clear so it's better than beer, wine, whiskey, etc. (LIE)
Premium vodka won't give a hangover. (HAHA)
All lies and fails, from my personal experience, anyway.
Wishing you the best!
Make a positive plan and hang on.

Those were my exact reasons for drinking vodka. Im 36 and my last yr of using is all a fog, I drank to try and deal with anxiety. Life is so real now. Lucky to be alive and still have my family!

Same her with the vodka drinking. I would down a pint like it was nothing. Then leave to go get more. I'm lucky for a lot of things as well, but I'm with you life kinda sucks now because of all my drinking ways.

Well done, guyman on 16 days!

Can I ask, are you using a particular technique? Can you share some insight over your 16 day journey with us? How has it gone day by day? How are you feeling now (pretty good, I would imagine)?

Thankyou, Guyman.
