Hello, I am new here & hope I can get some help. I am a 60 year old woman trying to go into recovery but I am struggling. Married 33 years, husband assaulted me, Victim of Domestic Violence & filing for divorce after 33 years of marriage. Dear God. WHAT HAPPENED?!

I'm really sorry for what happened HSP, but I'm glad you found us - this is a safe place full of support and understanding.

Was there substance abuse involved as well?
