Day3
I did 85 days earlier this year. Learned alot.
This time around, I developed and am applying a simple PLAN. (based on your suggestions)
Ive gone for car rides- OUT OF THIS HOUSE in the eves for now.
(I find myself eating Cheez its and CRAP munchies- but Im letting myself do this for now(STILL less cals than the Beers used to be.
So, Im doing well.

Congrats on Day 3!!
I snacked alot the first couple of weeks and gained a little but I stopped without a problem and the weight went back to normal.
If those snacks are comforting to you and help you not drink, then go at it!!
