Hello everyone. I hope everyone is doing well as I haven't visited much.

Today is day 39! I've lost 11 pounds since 6/22. Things are looking good

I'm still adjusting to this sober life but so far so good.

We are camping this weekend in one of our favorite places, right outside a popular little town in the mountains. We were there in July for vacation and drank the whole time. I'm not expecting any urges or cravings but I guess we will see when we get there. This time though, I plan on taking my family out to eat instead of out to the bar.

It'll be the first camping trip without alcohol in a long time, if ever.
