Day9

This morning I woke up feeling pretty good. I feel happy for the first time in a long time. I know I will still have ups and downs this early, but I am thankful for the ups.

I started reading a book last night. I forgot how much I enjoy reading. I also took the pups on a very long walk. Slowly but surely I am going to learn to live again.
