30 Days

I'm 30 days sober today. It was rough at first but the cravings and the obsession with alcohol have lessened considerably. I love waking up clear headed and ready for the day. I love truly being present for my life, no matter what is happening. I truly believed with all my heart that I could not live without alcohol and I love that with each new experience I am learning that that was a lie.
I have a long way to go. But I do believe I am finally on my way.

Great job, Eliasson. Keep doing what you are doing. Stay vigilant. There are still some rough waters to be navigated. But you are on the right course.
