I'm back with tail in hand and hat between my legs

Or is it the other way around?

You all were right and I was wrong. I could not "hear" it at the time.

My excellent adventure into moderation was an epic fail.

The sudden demise of a fellow SR person has really brought home the impermanence of life. We arethe same age. There, but for the grace of god, I go. So, why waste what life I have left (a precious gift) putting poison into my body?

So I am asking for your support again. And this time I will not be so blase' about it.

Hi Artfriend. ..good to see you. It was very hard for me to accept that moderation wasn't possible for me. And I really wanted it. It just doesn't work.
