Bright eyed and bushy tailed! Ready to scoop you up and take you all over this sober world!

Simple start to this weekend's adventures.

This thread is here to help everyone arrive safely on Monday mornings door step. A simple hello is all it takes to jump on. If you need some help making it until then please just raise you hand and we will be there!

Weekends were always my nemesis. They need not be.

I need you all this weekend. It might be a toughie. But I will use all my plans. I have come to far to go back now but I do recognize when I need to step up my game.

Lots of exercise. Lots of good food. Lots of self respect. Lots of weekender.

Good morning and happy Thursday gang!

I'm looking forward to less horrible heat this weekend (i.e. Only in the 90s...no triple digits). I'm always entertained and often inspired by this group of bus riders. But for now.....gym time.
