Starting day 7
As the title states, I'm starting day #7 without drinking. I use to say "alcohol free, but after thinking about it, the day I started my sobriety I was hungover and had plenty of alcohol still in my system. So technically it's day 6 alcohol free, and day 7 w/o a drink. Either way, today is officially the longest I've been without a drink since I can remember in the past 3-4 years. Yesterday was a little rough during the evening. Got cravings and a little irritable but I took a 2 mile walk and they went away so let's see what oobstacles I will DESTROY today to stay sober. Stay strong SR fam. Honestly, not sure I'd be this successful without SR. I've never been the whole , stand up in front of a bunch of people, known or unknown, and tell my personal business so SR is perfect for me.
