as perdicted it getting worse
slowly creeping up on me....On a good note I reached out to a sober friend that might make a difference,,,but yea this could go south fast

Got any other numbers? Can you call your intergroup? Washington DC/Virginia/Maryland Intergroup 202-966-9115 Should be a person answering 24 hours a day......
