Hi from Holland

Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm Rivka from the Netherlands.
39 years old and 110 days clean from heroin. The last 100 + days have been one hell of a ride. In the beginning it was very difficult. But thankfully things are starting to look up now. I'm slowly but surely building a (sober) life for myself. I'm glad to be here and looking forward to reading and writing here. Thanks for reading!

hi Rivka, congratulatons on getting clean. May I ask you what you experienced in terms of withdrawal symptoms while getting off the heroin? If you prefer not to share I understand.

Hey Thomas, thanks! I experienced the usual withdrawal symptoms. Sleepless nights, no energy, restless legs syndrome, stomach cramps, etc. Thankfully I feel much better now!
