Day 15!
Its gone by so quick, i am getting much better sleep(deep sleep) when i finally fall asleep. I have a lot more energy, have been drinking a lot of water but the crazy thing is i havnt lost any weight. I drank everyday so im like hmmmm, im eating the same and my exercise has increased . Anyway feels good right now, when i have an urge for a drink i just start reading threads on here and that urge goes away
