It's so hard to watch our A or XA continue a downward spiral. It's hard to see them with blinders on to all the millions of other choices out there, including recovery. I know some of us just want to shake them and say, "you don't have to do this-you can get off at any time!". Glad to be off the roller coaster but doesn't make it any easier. I remember sitting in limbo for years....watching the man I loved be overtaken. Anyway, just my thoughts for a Tuesday morning
