I really haven't thought to much about drinking or smoking today just tried to stay busy.. But besides the aanxiety I have noticed I've been getting headaches lately. Has anyone else experienced this with quitting smoking an alcohol??

Yeah, headaches were pretty normal for a while after I quit drinking. I just quit smoking a month ago and I am getting some strong headaches again.

If your headaches get really bad or are excessive and persistent you may want to see a Dr. That said, I am pretty sure it's a normal part of recovery for most.

Headaches are common in WD some ppl suffer longer thats where i was fortunate but know they will fade
