That's a good question Dee, I don't know. All I know is that I must stay sober. I'm open to suggestions because obviously I'm not doing it right.

Happy to see you back... after you read the links Dee provided let us know what your plan is. A recovery plan that works for you will make a huge different in taking alcohol off the table completely.
