Day 25
Today is day 25 and things are getting a lot better. My mind is clearing up pretty quickly and my feelings are turning back to normal. I had a lot of fatigue the last couple of days, but that's going away as well.
Just before I started writing this, a craving came up. But what I've found is that once you ignore them, they go away. And now I'm fine.
What's working for me is: this forum, the right attitude, healthy diet, exercise, studying and having fun. It really works well for me. It's what I want my new life to be based on, so I'm not going to stop doing those things.
Anyway, just wanted to post a quick update.

Hi and congratulations.
The thing that helped me when the obsession hit was to REMEMBER WHEN. That included the misery of the result of my “last” drink. Also I repeated “ if I don’t have the first drink I won’t have to TRY to get sober AGAIN.”
BE WELL
