Where should I post my thread: Testing new method for recovery

I'd like to post about my experience regarding a new method of recovery I'm trying. Where's the most appropriate place to post that on the forum?

Hi Stephen, yes hear would probably be the right place is it recovery from something specific ie alcohol or is it a general recovery method?
