I'm up reading different posts and it helps so much. I also read my old threads and realize that I need and want to stick with it this time, keep posting and not slip away when I feel like I've regained control. I haven't had a sip since Tuesday and feel great! Just need to start doing more than laying around watching netflix at some point! You guys are awesome and it's a big comfort to be here.
