BD84 Update
Hey guys,
6 days in and feeling awesome! I made it a few day 3's and never a 4 since I joined in April. I have so much to live for and I chose life. I have been so bad off with blood pressure especially when trying to quit. It is all disappearing now! I am sleeping and waking so happy. Please keep me in your prayers. I have not been drunk by an hour after work on a Friday in years. Today I will walk the dog and cook dinner. The anxiety is even lifting. AV popped in today to say hello after a tough situation and I told AV to eff off.
