On my sixth day no alcohol , no cocaine and no perscription pills. Finally feeling somewhat normal. My heads not racing a mile a minute and i dont have any symptoms really. The first 4 days were the worst with sickness and every withdrawl symtoms under the sun but now seems like only thing wrong with me is groggyness amd forgetfulness. I have to say it feels great waking up and not feeling sick or having to take drugs to feel normal. I have a long way to go. This will be the first summer without alcohol and drugs since i was probably 16. I will be back on here later reading posts. This has been a great resourse and all around encouraging website for my sobriety. I hope everyone has a blessed day . take care.

This is day 5 for me & I think we both r going to do great! I've tried staying sober for 4 years now but this time feels different. I am more focused & clear headed.... Good luck
