First Post

Only have one to two drinks a day, but can't stop doing it. Want to stop for weight loss and I shouldn't drink because of vertigo and other balance problems. I tied one on Wed evening after a rough day because I felt that I needed to relax, but ended up vomiting on Thurs morning. I’m making this the last drink.

Hello and welcome. I always puked after a period of abstinence and drank, too.
And, yep, you never have to feel this way again if you make that your last one.

Today is the first real test. Everyone is gone, house is quiet, and it's after 4. I'm sort of missing happy hour, but am sure that I can get through the next hour or so until dinner. I've researched substitutes, so will try one or more of them.
