100 days!
A very big milestone for me reached today!
I have to say my thinking about and craving drink is a LOT less if that helps anybody else. From lots of times each day and intensely at "beer O'clock" every day, I now think about drinking a couple of times a week maybe, intensely occasionally BUT really nothing compared to where I was a few months ago.
Have a happy and productive sober day everybody. Thank you so much for all the support so far, I'm not going anywhere, SR is very good for me.

Thank you, it is great and I am pleased with myself. To keep it real though..... I'm an emotional wreck some days and there's lots I have to face properly, start AA this weekend, so I'm hopeful for that.
A great achievement for me though and I feel my journey has started.
