I have been thinking a lot about our power. Taking back our power. Alcohol took our power away, and by sobering up, we start to get it back, but a lot of us, our lives and self worth have been brought low. It is often hard to grab the power back. Once we are again in the drivers seat, I think it is so important to guard that position with every thing we have. For me, it is , "Don't take the first drink, no matter what!" This has served me well, and I feel so much stronger now that I am taking my power back. Just wanted to share my thoughts.
