Third times a charm, right?
I am back for the third time. What a roller-coaster ride it has been this year since I last posted. Needless to say, I fell off the waggon and have been drinking heavily for a year. From gaining 40lbs, to my dad getting cancer it has been one hell of a ride. But I need to get better. I need to be sober. I have no where else to turn but here. So I am back for the third and final time. I am done putting my sobriety on the back burner. I am done. I need to get better. Please help me friends.
Do you have a sobriety plan this time?

1. You are DONE. (meaning its over)
2. You need to get better (far stronger statement than wanting to get better)

I feel the same way Serenity. Let's do this. I have a newborn son and I'm behaving like a bad mommy. He deserves much better. We deserve much better. Yesterday I was hungover all day and had a few drinks to feel better. Today, I'm done. Going to a family pig roast. Glad I'm feeling okay today. Sick of being sick. Thanks for sharing. You are not alone.

Honestly Serenity, as many times as it takes is a charm.
I started quitting back in 2007 and had long and short success.
It wasn't until 2013 that I started getting it right.
It's a rocky road,but, in the end it's worth it.
