My feelings are hurt!
I have been here at SR sense last October,and everyone here has totally helped me in one way or another.
But the other night my feelings were kinda hurt.
I decided to stop into chat and join in a meeting in progress,and was TOTALLY ignored! I said hello when I came into chat,and no one would welcome me or even say hello!!! I stuck around and watched a few come in and go...and still.No one even acknowledged that I was there.
Everyone that came in was told Welcome...meeting in progress.Eccept me!
What if I were a newcomer?What has happened here?

Are you sure you are registered and that you were in the right room? I am sorry your feelings were hurt. It is tough to be ignored. There is another meeting tonight. Maybe you could try again?

Yes I am registered.And I was in the right room.
Oh well...I wont make the same mistake twice.
I just needed a little support at the time and I guess I went in at the wrong time or something.

Your alway's welcome in chat! I'm sure it was an oversight as it does get hectic sometimes for the chair to acknowledge everyone while moderating the meeting in progress. Please don't let this one instance keep you away. During meetings there is no cross talking allowed, it interupts the train of thought for the person sharing. Next time send a pm to the person chairing, and let them know you would like to participate. All of our chat chairs do the best they can to ensure everyone is able to share, and participate. Again, please give it another try!

Let me make this clear...I read my post and I wasent trying to sound self centered,or selfish.I do not think the world is centered around "me" only.
