hi guys. quick update

As most of you know i am in my hometown with my mom who was diagnosed with lung cancer. We had a set back and all her organs have started to shut down. So.... we are in hospice right now. Hoping she goes peacefully. Much love and light to you all.

I was with my Mom thru the end due to lung cancer. It's so hard. Prayers to you.

A couple of months ago, a dear friend was moved to hospice care at the age of 41 after a ten-month bout with metastatic colon cancer. I was able to be with her and other loved ones at the very end, for which I will be forever grateful, but it was one of the most difficult things I have ever experienced.

I'll be holding space for you and your mom, however remotely, and sending all the positive vibes I have that this is peaceful and gentle on you both. I can tell you that a couple of months on, I still have bouts of intense grief over this, so it's important in the months ahead that you make sure you are taking care of yourself -- physically, emotionally, spiritually. Hugs.
