Thank You :)
I have come on this site often in the last few days and was not at my best. My sponsor made me realize this always happens when I am not working my program.
She almost made me realize that I feel much better when I am helping other people (addicts or not) and when I am not focus on myself.
With this site I have the opportunity to help as many people as I want and work my program. I also have the chance to get great advices when things get harder. This site has made a huge difference for me already and it has been only a couple days.
So THANK YOU to all the members on this site for being part of my recovery and being a part of my journey !!

Couldn't agree more. The healing power of one alcoholic helping another that occurs here on these forums daily has been THE cornerstone of my recovery so far this time.
Thank you for helping to keep me sober!

Yes..it really helps. My sponsor made me realize that...
When I am not going to meetings, working the steps AND helping someone else...that is when I struggle and want to drink and use.
I always loved helping others so this site is really great for that
