That's great. Small groups are nice - a little more intimate and you can get to know everyone.
Fear is such a strong emotion, but when you overcome it, the feeling of empowerment is fantastic! That's a great way to start the day.

Fear is an excellent topic. If you're an alcoholic and drinking, then there is every reason for fear, Big Time! And if you are in recovery you're bound to be fearful, and with good reason. How to get out of the fear cycle? Get help from others, share, reach out. AA is a good place to start. One day at a time. The path gets easier, less steep as you go along. The sun gets brighter, etc. Upwards and never give in! Every good wish.

Thanks in my drinking I have become very anti social person and getting out and being among people without drinking is scary to say the least. But I made that step outside this morning and am grateful .Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there
