Vivitrol?
Why don't you just let the doctors at the facility decide what is best for her? I know you love her and want to help, but you really don't have the medical education to treat her addiction.
I understand, but you will learn that you cannot get her clean. That is something that has to come from deep down inside of her. If she isn't ready, then you being proactive is akin to banging your head against a brick wall.
In my recovery I've had to learn the difference between being proactive and just spinning my wheels for the sake of feeling like I was "doing something" about a problem.
Sitting still is doing something. Sometimes it's the best thing we can do. And it's usually the hardest. Especially for those of us who have a compulsion to be fixers.
