But still lots to do. I have 3 referrals; 2 of which is in same place, 2 miles from me. The 3rd a shrink is gonna be tougher I'm told. Sadly it's the weekend too.

On another somber not I'm losing the internet at home. But do to medication they gave me since I'm taking care of mom & I've proven very responsible w\ it (10 pills lasted 17 days) only took it when needed to shop, pay pills & do necessary things; my doc gave me some that should hold me till I find a shrink.

The losing the net is killing me inside & outside really. My only communication w\ people.

On a lighter not; my brother's & I have planned a day escape for dad to have a real lunch ... Wings fries ice cream !!!!!

I'm sorry you're losing the net Dennis. I hope you can find a way to keep it, or at least a way to access it (library, cafe etc)

Yea, when I shop & all. But taking anxiety meds very sparingly. August is earliest appointment I've found. But doc made the appointment & told me keep searching I find a sooner one just cancel the later one.

He was very sympathetic about my situation b\c he read my file & it mentioned how 1 night mom, dad, & q were all in. The hospital at the same time.

To a fellow Wharf Rat, I'm glad you're taking care of business on the health front. I avoided doctors for too long and I'm paying the price, or maybe it was just timing. No telling if drugs and alcohol were causal factors, but I'm not using now so I guess there's no sense in beating myself up anymore than I already have.

I have an old school phone; that I don't even make phone calls on lol text only, my anxiety is that bad. But I do like to point out, all 3 911 calls for my parents were made by me & held my chit together until they arrived; then I lost it big time ha-ha Almost got admitted myself last call...

I have not doubt your courage and dedication to keep fighting the good fight even when bad things keep happening inspires others as well.

I'll Tell you a little secret, if you construct and envision your future positively, the universe will respond accordingly. It's not an instant thing, just keep seeing how you want your life to be, and abundance will be attracted to you. The law of attraction, do a search, there is plenty of good reading to find on this.
