Hey Sober Team!!!
Don't believe in the power of what does not exist!!!
We create our own worlds through our thoughts. "I want a drink!" is a thought. Nothing more. It does not exist!
That means you and you alone have the greatest power in that can say no to the thought. I do everyday. Many many times a day sometimes. Other times I forget and I go about living my sober life.

IN! Back from the OBX with the middle brother. Had a great time down there. My youngest brother is a monster kite boarder. Pretty cool to see your (40-year-old) kid brother doing 20-ft high jumps over the surf holding a kite.
I (unexpectedly) whooped the middle brother at bowling yesterday, so he wants a rematch. Then we are going to go see San Andreas. This evening our sister gets here. Then the youngest is coming on Saturday for an all-sibling (4 of us) reunion.

I'm as well. Got my little brother and his family coming from NC to visit us at the beach this weekend. Lots of sun; hopefully; beach, baseball, good food and family time to go around!

I'm up for it. Turning 40 on Sunday. Really don't want to be a drinker after this milestone. This will be my first non drinking weekend in 11 months. For nearly every week for this time I've said I'll stop, failed every time. I have a plan. I will execute that plan. Failure is not an option and I won't fail.

Work day for me. I realized my daughter's birthday party will be a week from now so I have to clean the house this weekend.
