Well, I have lost 8lbs in 3 weeks and started looking after myself better! Got to stop vapourising now and and loose the rest of the 3 1/2 stone that's left!

I am also going to Download festival (rock and metal) this weekend. Last time I went was 2012. I haven't been since as I couldn't be trusted that I wouldn't get in to trouble drinking too much! Last time I was there I started fighting! I was out of control and nearly got threw out! Even tried to punch my brother in law! Not good!

I bet my brother in law (he is going again this time!), is really worried!

I am totally chilled about it and can't wait to experience it sober!
