Hey,
This time last week on Saturday morning I had the worst hangover imaginable & had just finished enough coke to kill a small animal.
What a difference a week makes!
This morning I feel great, it really *is* possible to feel great without drink or drugs!
Last night, Friday night, there was some pretty strong beer cravings, but after maybe half an hour of grouchiness these passed, and the feeling today of not giving in is so, so good.
Thanks for all the messages of support, I had my doubts if an internet forum could help but it definitely does!!
