Today's Plan

Went to bed early last night with a belly full of ice cream and slept well. I'm anxious about a doctor's appointment today, but at least it is this morning, so it won't be hanging over me all day, although some test results probably won't come in until next week. Just need to remind myself that whatever will be will be and to not forget to breath
