Filling out forms for a new Doctor & being extremely honest & I must say, I sound like a total freak !!!!!! Haha But I'm tired of the bs game I use to play w\ doctors..

Yep, the truth will set you free AW. And believe me, there is nothing that you can tell your doctor that will be a surprise or that they haven't heard before.

Thanx all. Yea I'm so sure he's heard worse. Surprisingly when I had my seizure & my brothers were explaining all the stress the family has been under, they all congratulated me for not being drunk, having it in my system, or even thinking of it ...

I felt very proud of that too. Hell still do considering the craziness going on ...

I wasn't even thinking of the surgeries & such as much as the chemicals I've put into my body lol

Same; right now I just wanna get my stress levels down; figure out wtf that seizure was about. The pain is bad, but the "unknown" freaks me a little more..

I understand how you feel. I've been there and had done the same thing. It's humbling, but it's for the best.

Good for you for seeking all the help available to get better. Like other said, I'm pretty sure doctors have heard a lot of things. Hey, after all, we are only humans ;-)

I figured it would be best considering the back is rather obvious but other situations might be traced to past chemicals. Although last time did any chemical other than booze was 3/17/93; so not sure it has any impact now ..
