Hey everyone, could someone explain what the above term means? Is it just lack of concentration?

Sorry if its a dumb question!

Hey HS,

For me it felt like my mind was in a fishbowl, almost slow motion thinking. Physically it felt like I had an over tight headband on. Sort of a head crushing feeling.

Yeah, I felt sluggish mentally and it took a lot of energy to concentrate and get something accomplished.

Hmm, when does it normally set in? Or is it completely random?

I just feel drained but due to tiredness I think.

I had it from the first day. I am not sure for the others though.

I had it from the first day and it lasted for about 6 months. Gradually getting worse before it gradually got better.

I would assume that every bodies different. Perhaps you will be fortunate and not have it.

I remember it as being like the thinking equivalent of swimming through porridge. Working things out; remembering things; mental reasoning were all really hard work / sometimes impossible.
