Cursed I saw your message in Thomas' thread. You are clearly in a dark and desperate spot. Please post and let us know what is going on and how you are doing. Anything we can say or do to help? I've not got years of sobriety, just about 5 months under my belt, but I do have a good shoulder and boatload of things to say

Thank you !! I am in dark but I am ready to come out. I will start my accountability thread.... Being accountable to others has always helped me.... And I feel so much connected with you all

The connection here is remarkable, COO, and I'm glad you're here. I understand your point about accountability to others being something helpful in your life. Remember to be accountable to yourself, though, too. You're the one in charge of your sobriety and you're the one who will come to reap the benefits of a healthier, happier life.
