Day 4

Thus far, withdrawal has been relatively mild, and that scares me. Like there's a flood around the corner. So this morning I awake to...... a hangover?! That's kind of how it feels. Groggy, grumpy, headache (which could be the pollen)..... Anyone else experience similar?

And my dreams were utterly bizarre......

But Day 4 nonetheless.

Hi.
We find that if the first drink is not consumed there is no hangover in the AM.

BE WELL

Sounds about right. I'm at day 3 and a bit tired. Still beats waking with craving, shakes, sweats. Congrats on 4 days!

It wasn't. Just foggy this AM. Sweet java is quickly doing its job though.

Take it as a gift, and keep supporting yourself nutritionally and getting lots of sleep and hydration.

I had really strange dreams too and cycles of brain fog and other PAWS symptoms even though I felt great in between.

Overall, I got better and better as the days, months etc. passed so focus on that.

Are you doing any exercise? I found that really helpful.

Sounds like early withdrawal.

See a doctor to make sure.
