Exercise melts away the anxiety

I've started an exercise program that coincides with me getting back in the sober groove. Nothing crazy, just some push-ups, light running, and some biking. Mixing them up every other day. It's. amazing how it can zap your anxiety. Forgot that exercise could be so calming in the end. Everyone have a great night and looking forward to being sober with everyone here tomorrow!

grocerease when you think about anxiety it involves the flight-or-fight-response which runs on adrenaline, exercise eases that producing that calm feeling. I'm glad you've found this great natural healer too!

Damm, I love exercise....7 mile run first thing and the 100 lengths at the pool tonight. With out it I dont think id have a hope at staying sober, it is what keeps me centered.
