Today day 95 I messed up. The disappointment I thought I wouldn't feel actually did happen. Now what happens? I feel like I let down everyone that tried to help me. I'm frustrated beyond anything. I don't even know where to go from here. Totally disappointed with myself.

Learn from it. Think about what caused you to drink and what you can do to prepare yourself and defend against picking up again. Did you have a plan? Are there some things you can do to enhance it?

And then don't drink today or tomorrow. 95 days is a good start.

You haven't lost those 95 days. If you stop now, you can say that you've been sober for 96 days out of 97 soon enough. Is there anything you could have done differently today before you picked up and drank/used?
