The graduation, a day 6
My last drinking binge finally taught me a valuable lesson. I know enough about the effects of alcohol and most drugs, and the effects are not good. I ended up while drunk into some bad situtations that were emotionally very tormenting and challenging for me, as well as painful.
I've had my share of the poison, and decided to wise up, for good. I learned that it is the drugs (alcohol is also a drug) that make life so hard, not life itself. I'm also in the process of kicking nicotine, and this will be permanent. I've also been nearly 8 months off caffeine, which most consider only a mild stimulant. And I do respect people's opinions, but I must warn you that I've found scientific data to support the fact that caffeine is actually a really hazardous drug to your health.
Glad to be back, and sane most of all. My drinking and the situtations involved were madness, which I will never repeat again.
Drugs destroy you. There is nothing cool about using/putting chemicals in your body that cause damage to it to be honest. Thanks.

Welcome back and congratulations! I agree, caffinee is a stimulant and can be super potent for people who are especially sensitive to it. Caffeine effects everyone in different ways - but I personally notice that I have caffeine crashes after 2-3x cups a day at work and usually compensate at night with a glass of booze. Other people swear that caffeine has little to no effect on them - it really depends on the person. If you find that caffeine effects you - you should really avoid. Best of luck to you!
