Can't sleep
Feeling ok emotions down but reading here and trudging along. I don't get craving but more of a nagging voice. I hope it will go away. I seem so hungry at odd times like now. It is better then drinking! I thank my HP I never got a DUI and I am a not a big fat liar (to my family or myself) anymore. Thanks for reading!

I can relate to the food issue,put on 23 lbs in 40 or so days.Lot of water and good food,anything is better that the bottle......btw those piping plovers are very well protected here on long island,they shut the beach down in parts of the hamptons every year

There are areas here on the coast for bird sanctuary and last year out on a barrier island drinking etc and having to pee of course we were getting dive bombed by the nesting birds. One reason not to drink having to pee endlessly anywhere anytime.
