Home from work, light withdrawal. I still have my job and the owner said I'll have it even if I go to jail for awhile. You cant buy that kind of support. Not afraid to say that I was in tears. Heading outfor a meeting.

You can do it, take it minute by minute if you have to but you have it within you to get through this. Ask a higher power for help, go look out at the stars and beg whoever may be listening to help you through it, anything. Sending you good energy from Ireland. I will be thinking of you over the weekend and please know that you are not alone. It may be difficult, hellish even, we have all been there but it is possible. I promise you that much.
