It's so much better to wake up and have a coffee and go in the garden with that beautiful fresh air without feeling like a hangover is goona kill me! Day 4 here after falling off on day 13, sticking to the plan this time!

Have a great sober day folks!

Morning Ice,

Enjoying the morning is a gift of my sobriety .. I have 12 sunflowers growing in my garden it's great to go and look at them each morning , the biggest is nearly 2" tall now

Keep getting through the days

My worst day sober is still better than my best day drunk. But when it's a beautiful day in the garden? That's the best. Well done on day 4. Keep going.

Congrats

And hold that thought and experience in your mind for when the going gets a bit tough later on. Waking up feeling fresh is worth saying no the night before. Many times that is what kept me sober.
