My Appointment
A 2 & a half hours away & I'm already losing it haha lordy I'm a mess. Going to try & visit dad first too. But I can already see that might be a mistake

Mom says he's sleeping allot anyway, so I should focus on myself.

Good luck at the appt, it will be just fine. I think your mom has some good advice too...just try to relax, you can always go see him after the appt is done.

A pain clinic; Yea ... But I was hoping he'd at least refer me to someone for my anxiety issues .... The other place has no shrink on staff ...

I'm glad you're getting some help on the pain issues - that's at least addressing part of your problems, Dennis - and it may even help your anxiety?

Ohhh I'm sure... I'm not letting this break me. I need to focus on one issue & not "all" :-) So seems like the pain won the coin toss ...

You'll get it all taken care of eventually! One day at a time. Or one Dr at a time!

Thanx & oddly, I'm not too upset about it. Just fed up w\ the pain, 3hrs sleep a night, & my heart beating so fast I think its gonna jump out my chest ! Haha was a HUGE step for me & I saw a beaver, & 4-5 young deer lolllll
