I apologize

I am sorry for my crazy yesterday. I did go to the ER, and am getting some help.

Due to my drinking and other things used I also ended up in the ER many, many times. Make the best of what you have today. A desire for a sober life.

I like to think of this as the one place where apologies are not in order unless you have directly offended someone - you have offended no one. you went through something difficult, you manned up and you got help. No shame there at all buddy. Just keep keeping on.

Thanks guys! The kids were pretty shielded, thankfully. Doing better and starting an out patient program.
