90 Days!

Yep, today is 90 days of sobriety for me! Longest I have ever gone without a drink and I am loving it. No more anxiety, sleepless nights or feeling like crap in the morning. No more shivers, shakes and feeling nervous just by simply trying to go down the stairs!

I feel fresh, full of confidence and simply enjoying life for everything it has to offer. Anyone out there suffering or trying to quit I urge you to work on it, try hard and believe me you will love the rewards..

From 1.5 litres of vodka a day (minimum!) to a couple of cups of green tea and a fresh lemonade. Life is beautiful folks

For about the last 6 years.....Wasn't that much better before but a little less

Awesome. Thank you for posting it! I was drinking that much vodka too. Starting with my morning coffee and ending with my night cap. Some days less, some days more. 3 weeks sober and I'm already feeling much better. Still some anxiety and depression here and there. Keeps getting better and better though. It's nice to see what I'll be like in a couple months. Appreciate it!!

You're welcome Incontrol. It certainly gets better and better, for me depression and anxiety are a thing of the past, great feeling! Loved your ending note...
